The John F. Green Spartanburg Science Center offers standards-based lessons in all major fields of science. All lessons are hands-on, student-participatory programs. Lessons can be held in schools/classrooms, or at the Spartanburg Science Center. Self-guided field trips to the Spartanburg Science Center can also be arranged.

Give a teacher the gift of a STEM Lesson!
Do you know a teacher that would love to have the Spartanburg Science Center visit their classroom for a hands-on, SC standards-based STEM lesson? If so, please fill out this form to gift them a lesson for next school year! Once you fill out the form, you will receive a confirmation email as well as an invoice for the lesson.
We will contact the teacher and they can set up a time for us to come visit their class based on their schedule. They will then be able to sit back, relax, and enjoy the show!
